Securities with fixed value over time

Hello, I have a few stocks from community cooperatives that have ‘stocks’ with a fixed value. Each year there is a dividend, and after a while you can sell your stocks for the fixed value.

I put the historical quotes on ‘no updates’ but then the actual value is always 0. This must influence my total IRR.

How can I add a ‘permanent’ value of let’s say 250 euro per share as a ‘continuous’ updated quote?

I think I found the answer myself: I used ‘create historical quotes from transactions’ and this way the latest value stays the same. If necessary you can even add a manual quote in the same menu: right mouse on the security, select quote > create manually.
