Troubleshoot Balance Discrepancy feature

Hi,

There is new feature “Troubleshoot Balance Discrepancy”.

I found 3 possible bugs:

  1. There is missing the window title.
  2. It is not possible to enter negative values.
  3. Before writing any value, I have to click on the specific date and just after it I can write to the “Expecte Balance” cell.
