Hi, I recently lost some data during an unexpected PC shutdown. I know that there is an autosave function, but no saved files were created. So I tried to view the error log, and it shows that autosave files are created even though they were never created. I keep PP on the Google disk on my PC. Can it be a problem?
Not in another directory either? Are there any filters active in the directory viewer?
after messing with settings and working on the document, the save files started to appear after around 20 minutes and afterwards created backups as intended 3 min interval.
