I’m under the Performance > Chart section. I have added MSCI ^990100-USD-STRD and ^GSPC as indexes. I can compare the performance of my entire portfolio or any security against adding either of the two above as benchmarks. All great so-far! I can go as far back as the first purchase transaction which is sometime in q3 2024.
Then I wanted to see how the MSCI World did against the S&P 500 for the last 5 years. Strangely even if I remove all the securities - the comparison goes back only as far back as the first transaction I made - even if I choose 5 years.
I doubled checked the historical data and its all there right back to 2017 even. Am I missing something?
Simply deposit 1 cent into any account on 1 January 1950, for example, and withdraw the cent again on 2 January 1950. Now benchmark comparisons since 1950 should be possible.
As alternative to suggestion of @ProgFriese you can also use the benchmark/comparison feature in the normal chart diagram. Just select both instruments in one of the securities list (e.g. “all securities”), then both will be shown together in the chart pane at the bottom of the window:
