Total PP newbie. I’ve started my PP journey by creating the securities I own/have owned. I noticed that, choosing Yahoo Finance as the data provider, the last quotes are more or less identical with what I see in my brokers app, whereas the so-called PP built-in source doesn’t have the latest days quotes.
So based on wanting the latest data, it would seem like Yahoo Finance would be the better option. But I’ve also seen some posts about Yahoo’s data format having changed at different times, causing issues.
I can’t quite wrap my head around what the pros and cons of the different data providers are/might be. Discuss!
