Can't install app because "an error ocurred, see the log file"

Hello fellas! I’d appreciate any help because I’m unable to install this program in my Macbook Air, first it required me to install a previous Java version, which I did, and now when I try to install the app, it says
"an error ocurred, See the log file
/Users/ivan/Downloads/PortfolioPerformance.app/Contents/Eclipse/configuration/1515966771289.log."

I’ve seen said log file in the content…But I’m not sure what to do with it, Help! Any ideas?

It’s could be meight helpful if you could post the content of the named log file.

Furthermore, which platform did you use? I assume Apple. If so, you’re require the Java SDK in advance.
