Comment restaurer fichier PP depuis l'app mobile

Bonjour,

Suite au passage de mon PC a windows 11, les fichiers PP de mon PC sont introuvables avec message: fichier XML invalid.

Sur mon mobile, j’ai bien la lecture des fichiers correctes.

Question: peut-on restaurer les fichiers PP sur mon PC depuis l’app mobile?

First: on your desktop computer, there should be a file name

YOUR FILENAME.backup-after-open.EXTENSION

Try opening this file. This is always a copy of the last file that PP was able to open successfully.

Second: Yes, the file opened in the mobile application can also be opened in the desktop application. That is the idea: store your data on a cloud provider - open it in both apps: mobile and desktop. Try opening it from the location where you have stored it - DropBox, Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud, whatever option you chose.

Hello,

the files versions open on my mobile doesn’t exist on my cloud (google drive) and so, doesn’t exist on my PP desktop.

So, how can i transfer my PP files open on my mobile to my desktop?

From where is your app opening the file if not Google Drive?
