I dnt have updated exchange rate for USD to Euro conversion.
It shows me rate of 2015, and update my portfolio accordingly.

Basically the rates were updated automatically when starting PP and if an Internet connection is present.
Are you behind a firewall? Could you test if the address https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-hist-90d.xml is accessible via your browser?
