Exchange rate stuck since 2015 and cannot be edited or updated

Hi,

I’m having an issue with exchange rates in Portfolio Performance. My EUR/USD rate seems to be stuck at December 18, 2015 and does not update anymore.

I also cannot right-click on it (no context menu appears), so I’m unable to edit or change anything.

I’ve attached a screenshot showing the date. My application is up to date.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi,

could be possible that your firewall is blocking this process.

Is there anything in the error log?
