How to reflect Tencent special Dividend via JD.com shares in PP?

Hello,

Tencent decided to deinvest most of its JD.com shares via a special dividend to Tencent shareholders:

DECLARATION OF INTERIM DIVIDEND BY WAY OF DISTRIBUTION IN SPECIE OF CLASS A ORDINARY SHARES OF JD.COM, INC.

For 21 Tencent shares 1 JD.com share is assigned. How to reflect this into PP?

My idea is:

1. Treat the value of this special dividend as “dividende” for the Tencent Shares
2. Add JD.com shares to PP as new “Wertpapier” with the buying price of the “dividende”

Are there better ways to reflect this?

Or just adding JD.com shares with the buying price of 0,00 EUR (and no dividende for the TENCENT shares).

Apart from being impossible (the price needs to be greater than 0), this will lead to wrong performance calculations for both.
