Importation PEA boursobank

Hello,

I’m a beginner and I’m trying to set up Portfolio Performance to track my PEA and CTO accounts, both held at BoursoBank (France).

I understood that the best way to import my transactions is via PDF import. On BoursoBank, when downloading documents, there are 16 different document type filters available. After some research, I selected:

  • Avis d’opérés (buy/sell transactions)
  • Relevé coupons/dividendes (dividends)

The import works and I can see my transactions in PP. However, I notice that my cash deposits (the money I transferred from my bank account to fund my PEA) are not included in any of these documents — which means my PEA CASH balance is negative and all my performance metrics are completely wrong.

My questions:

  1. Is my import method correct, or am I missing something?
  2. Among the 16 document types available on BoursoBank, is there one that contains the deposit/transfer history that PP could read?
  3. If not, is the only solution to enter deposits manually one by one?

Thank you very much for your help

Hello,
Yes the import by PDF if the most efficient way. If you notice a PDF that can not be imported while it should be, there is one topic dedicated to request improvement to the BoursoBank PDF importer PDF import from BoursoBank (ex-Boursorama Banque)

I do not have a BoursoBank PEA, so I do not know what are the 16 documents type nor if they can contains those cash deposits.

Another way to import transactions in PP in by CSV. Is there a CSV export available for BoursoBank PEA ?

If not, maybe an idea : if the deposits in the PEA were made from the BoursoBank compte courant, for this one you can export transactions in csv for sure.

There will be many other transactions from the compte courant, but if you can then accuratly filter only the ones related to your PEA (maybe they have “PEA” in their name ?) then you can import them into PP by csv.

Hello,

Thanks for your previous answer

I think I now understand the general idea of importing PDF documents into Portfolio Performance, but I’m still a bit confused about which document types I should actually select in Boursobank.

I currently have the following list available:

  • Avis d’opération PEA

  • Avis d’opérés

  • Avis de report

  • Avis ISF

  • Compte de liquidation

  • Contrat

  • Dossier de titres non cotés

  • Lettre au porteur

  • Mandat de mobilité bourse

  • Opération sur titres

  • Profil investisseur

  • Relevé coupons/dividendes

  • Relevé de frais annuel

  • Relevés espèces

  • Relevés titres

  • Souscriptions FIP/FCPI

From what I understood reading the forum, the only really useful ones for Portfolio Performance would be:

  • Avis d’opérés / Avis d’opération PEA → for buy/sell transactions

  • Relevé coupons/dividendes → for dividends

And the rest (like relevés titres or relevés espèces) should be avoided because they are just summaries and not detailed transactions.

Can you confirm that this is the correct approach, and that I should ignore the other document types for a clean and reliable import?

Thanks a lot
