I am trying to introduce indexes as benchmarks, and not funds imitating the index. For example:
SP 500: is there a way to include this index or do I have to select for example Vanguard 500 Index Fund Admiral Shares, which tries to follow sp500?

Hey matteo_alpe,
you “simply” need to look for the correct symbol. As far as I recall they start with ^. The S&P500 uses ^GSPC. Indices appear under the search function for securities.
You have to add the index as a security in order to use it.
