Invested Capital widget behaviour

Hello,

I would like to understand how the “Invested Capital” widget works…

I would expect to have the total amount of money invested into some “series” over a period of time. Say, if I select “last month”, view the amount of money that I invested into that series during past month… but the number that appears does not make any sense to me. Even if I select periods when i invested 0, there is a number there…

What is currently showing? Any clues?

And, how can I show the amount of money invested into an asset/grouped collection over a period of time?

Invested capital of the period = Value at start of the period + new invested capital in the period.

If you want only the new invested capital, the widget should be Performance neutral transfers. (In the graph its name is now Net Deposits (cumulative)).
