Hi, In the last few days, when i open portfolio performance it no longer asks me for my password. Is anybody else having this issue or would you know a fix for this please?
Does your portfolio gets opened than, or what is happening?
Did you ensure your are using a file which includes a password. You may have accidentally saved a “new” version without password.
I saved the file originally as Password protected (AES-256)…Recently i have downloaded the app and saved it as Binary a couple of times…Apart from when i have saved as binary i generally just click save after making amendments to my portfolio and close the window by clicking the top right X… When i then open it at a later time/date it just skips the password process and goes straight to my portfolio.
Are you sure you are using binary with password?
After a save as, the original file gets closed, and the new one is opened.
Just double check, do a new save as binary with password. Close PP and do open this exact file.

Thank you and apologies… I am not the best with computers…I am guessing as i was saving it as binary it was not prompting me to input a password when i then revisited… I was under the impression i needed to save as binary to save my portfolio in the cloud so i could then open via the mobile app. I have just saved it using the first option - Password protected (AES-256) and it seems to have done the job… Many thanks for your prompt helpful replies.

when i click the three dots it just keeps going to bookmark options… Are you able to mark it as completed or delete maybe
