I am looking to add a Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) as a benchmark to compare my stock market investments with an annual return rate of 8%. What options are available to me?

Create a new security (empty security), give it a suitable name, import the prices in the attachment, and use this fictitious security as a benchmark.

Here is a view of my process :
- I clicked on “Empty Instrument.”
- I entered the name I wanted, but where do I go to add the CSV file?
- Instead, if I click on “Import from CSV file,” after selecting the file to upload, I get this error message:
“Line 2: No security found. At least one of the following fields must be mapped: ISIN, Ticker Symbol, WKN (Data: [2021-09-16, 1.0]).”

The file I attached above, was a short version (1982-2049).
