Missing Securities Account? Help!

Hello Everyone! New user here. I have set up a deposit account and linked a security account and manually input a number of years of transactional information. No problem, all worked well–think I understand how this works.

I am on the second portfolio with linked deposit and securities accounts, and have again input manually a number of years of transactional information. Not sure what I did, but I can no longer find the securities account. It has vanished. The Deposit Account is still there, as well as all the transactions. All the holdings from the missing Security Account are still accounted for when looking at the “Statement of Assets” page. How do I get the Security Account page for this second portfolio back?

As far as I know, securities accounts with existing transactions can’t be deleted, so this seems more like a display issue.

Where are you looking for your missing securities account? Could you attach a screenshot of the window or view where your account should be listed, but isn’t?

When you add a new transaction (eg. menu Transaction -> Buy), or edit an existing one, does the “Securities Account” dropdown list contain any reference to your missing securities account?

Hello Melita: Thank you so much for your reply. I too was wondering whether it was a display issue. I have just solved the problem with your suggestion in mind. The screen for Security Account is actually divided into two windows. If the lower window (which lists all of the securities) is raised too high it will cover all of the upper window (which shows you which accounts you have), essentially “freezing” you into one portfolio. So glad it was this simple. Many thanks for your reply!
