If the application is complete, the Director General of the National Information Systems Security Agency shall notify the applicant of his decision by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within four months of the date of delivery of the acknowledgment of receipt or confirmation of receipt of the application. Failure to notify the applicant within this period shall be deemed to constitute authorization for a period of one year.
The application is deemed complete if, within two months of receiving the application, the National Agency for Information Systems Security has not requested the applicant to provide additional documents by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. In the latter case, the four-month period specified in the previous paragraph shall run from the date of receipt of the additional documents.
So if they didn’t ask you for any additional information for at least 4 months, you’re good to go.
Not sure if google and/or apple wants those approval documents.
No they don’t.
ANSSI, like BSI in Germany, cannot provide feedback to all files and autorisation requests.
If not so important they just let without news as default response.
Also as said few month ago in my message Portfolio Performance App - The first version :-) - #89 by octy I think authorization is even not needed.
- Examination Period: ANSSI will review the declaration or application for 1 month (extended to 2 months for cryptographic services or export to non-EU countries).
- Result: If the declaration is compliant, ANSSI issues a certificate.
- In Case of Silence: You may proceed with your operation and request a certificate confirming that the declaration was received if no response is provided within the specified time frame.
Better to request the certificate though , no ?
Was there any reply at all ? They should acknowlegde the receipt non ?

The response confirms that ANSSI has received the request and outlines the next steps for review.
What if an incorrect object in the application email made it become unnoticed
