NLS missing message ECLIPSE_STARTUP_ERROR_CHECK_LOG on start on Windows

Hi all,

I’m looking to install the latest version from here and it gives the below error.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

This error is typically when open the executable directly from the ZIP archive or if the folder permissions is not sufficient.

Please check the folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\PortfolioPerformance\workspace if an error log is created.
