I don`t think it is related to the issue, but latest version of PP for MAC is 0.74.0 (unless you are using an older operating systems like macOS Catalina, but then the latest version would be 0.71.X not 0.72.2).
Do you maybe have an Anti-Virus software, which is blocking the traffic?
I tried Portfolio Report with PP for this ETF and I get all historic qoutes.
