If there is an error in the PDF import, you can send us the PDF exports and someone will look at them. You can see how this works in the video tutorial.
Tutorial:
It could also be that your PDF imports are currently not working because the documents have been changed. The necessary changes have been made and will probably come in the next release of PP.
