Add Volksbank Wien PDF importer
Volksbank Wien AG statements were rejected as… unsupported. They use the Austrian layout, which differs completely from the DZ Bank Gruppe format, so they get a dedicated importer instead of the DZ Bank one.
Supported transactions:
Purchase from savings plan (Kauf aus Dauerauftrag), incl. fees Distribution (Ertrag), incl. ex-date
If the taxes exceed the gross distribution, the dividend is booked with the gross amount and the taxes as a separate tax transaction, because a dividend cannot be negative.
