The title is self explanatory. On PP 0.75.1, I can open any existing Portfolio file, but the software won’t let me create a new one from scratch. Neither the button on the “Welcome” page, nor the “File/New/File” menu button are working.

Ah this works perfectly, thank you.
In fact, I suspect that the combobox was empty due to the “Japan” entry not being available anymore (same as the japanese language actually?), and I think that’s the one I had been using!
Very strange. I thought I fixed that one for good.
Can you do me a favor and go to “About Portfolio Performance” → “Installation details” and send me the whole thing to the email portfolio dot performance dot help at gmail dot com.
