Hello, my PP app won’t to start after update. Neither on Windows nor on MAC (Intel). I am completely stuck. I’ve reinstalled it several times with no success.
Of course, the viewer on my phone, for which I pay €3/month, is no longer of any use. How can this situation be resolved?
At least, there should be a user-friendly option to download the previous version (before the last update).

FYI, these infos are not supporter-friendly. What about the version-numbers? Think about it and vow to get better!
