Simulate dividend reinvestment

Tools like portfoliovisualizer show total return of assets by default, simulating automatic dividend reinvestment.

This causes inaccuracies if you’re tracking your portfolio, but is more helpful for comparing against benchmarks in the “Performance > Chart” or “Performance > Return / Volatility” views. Otherwise, dividend paying stocks looks much worse in total performance.

Is there a way to simulate such dividend reinvestment in Portfolio Performance?

So you can’t use IRR with “Benchmark” as IRR takes deposits/withdrawals into account.
Use TWRR with “Benchmark” and total portfolio (but this is only for index benchmark purposes not super useful imo).

If you add overall portfolio with different securities you invest in or investment accounts with IRR vs volatility or semivariance plot, it is a much better look at what is going on in your investment account.
