Transfer crypto to hardware wallet

Hello,

I am wondering how can I record transfer f.e. BTC to crypto hardware wallet. I have already created deposit and security account for evidence of buying crypto on coinbase (I have already all transactions here) but now I would like to add record of transfer from coinbase to hardware wallet. Should I now create new security and deposite account of my hardware wallet and in the section securities account select transfer or select delivery (inbound/outbound)? I also need to put here transaction fee from coinbase to hardware wallet.
