I would like to know if there is any way to transfer from one fund to another, carrying over the capital gains to the other fund.

…hard to do and ultimately it depends on the change itself, but technically yes, but doesn’t make much sense, since you could easily rename the fund.
In order to keep the performance, we recommend selling/delivery outbound fund A and buying/delivery inbound fund B.
