I ‘m just getting started with this great app. I downloaded and installed it on my macbook air M3.
I can’t update PP there is always some errors and the update abort.
I’ve tried many times but the result is always the same.
Does anyone have a solution please ?

I am using PP for many year already. My device is a MacBook Pro with M1 chip. Today, the same issue occurred.
It started with a Java error when I was about to edit a booking. Then it crashed entirely and I’ve got the same picture as above.
Did you try to reinstall from scratch?
Yes. I deleted the existing version and replaced it with the newest version. Unchanged, the error message occurs.
I then installed an older version of PP and the system runs perfectly (I am however not able to open newer files which have been used with version 0.83.2).
Against this background, I assume the most recent update caused some issues, since prior to this, everything worked well.
Any other Mac-User facing similar issues?
