Volume of security is misstated (GBX/GBP)

I’ve added transactions for BATS.L, the feed is in GBX, and I’ve entered the transactions ensuring the right prices are used. PP automatically converts GBX to GBP when I post the transaction, and the reference (cash) account is GBP. Everything seems fine, the purchase and market values are fine but the Volume of security takes the number of shares and multiplies by the GBX value, giving a volume x 100, which distorts calculations on the statement of assets. I cannot find how to fix this. I have reviewed previous posts on similar issues but their solution was to change the feed from GBX to GBP, which I cannot do.

What have I done wrong, and what can I do to fix it?

Could you kindly post a screenshot of the underlying transaction, please?

This is one of the entries.

Well, your 1000 held shares has a total market value of 45490 GBP:

1000 shares × 45,49 GBP (4549 GBX) = 45490 GBP

Yes, that is correct. However, the issue is that this is shown in the “Volume of security deposits” as 45490 x 100 = 4,549,000 while the account is denominated in GBP not GBX. Thats the top blue line in the first image. I’ve put a better screenshot below (the quote is now 4551 GBX so figures have changed accordingly). I would expect this figure to read 45,510, as the account is denominated in GBP.

The screenshot below is taken from the statement of assets. It shows the correct purchase value (35,143.71), but the Market Value is increased by a factor of 100 from 45,551 to 4,551,000.

Thanks for the help on this, I found out what the error was and all is rectified.
