Windows blocked Portfolio Performance

Hi, im new to this software and I downloaded the .exe file:

PortfolioPerformance-0.74.1-setup.exe

I was not given any SHA-256 checksums to verify so I verified the .asc file with Kleopatra, and the fingerprint is correct:

E46E 6F8F F02E 4C83 5690 8458 9239 277F 560C 95AC

So this should be the real file. The problem is that I get this error:

So there is no way to open it since there is no button to run it anyway. I guess there is a workaround im just wondering why does this happen? Is it a false positive? Thanks

If you click on “More info” in top left section of your screenshot, there should be an option to run it anyway.

This message comes with any software that has no certificate from Microsoft, which is common with free open source software. Nothing to worry.
