I’ve been using Portfolio Performance for a while, but importing data from Interactive Brokers was always a bit of a hassle for me. Things like historical stock splits, short selling, and free stock grants never seemed to import cleanly without a bunch of manual adjustments.
So, I wrote a set of scripts to automate the heavy lifting, and I wanted to share them in case it helps anyone else here!

Be careful though. It’s written with AI, so YMMV. I used it to import IBKR data without problems. Just be sure you have closed all short selling positions before importing, or things may get wonky.
(It’s written in Python, so no need to worry about viruses.)
