Version 0.69.1 / 7 July 2024
This version is a regular maintenance release. On one hand, as always, the PDF importers are updated (yes, including Trade Republic). On the other hand, we have optimized the calculations in the statement of assets, which now run faster - especially noticeable if the table has many columns.

- New: Performance improvements for ‘Statement of Assets’ with many columns
- New: CSV export for stacked diagrams in the taxonomy view
- New: Introduced a new PDF importer for Bourso Bank
- Improvements to the PDF importers for Raisin Bank AG, Quirin, Baader Bank, Trade Republic, ING DiBa, JustTrade, Tradegate, Swissquote, FFB, Arkea Direct Bank, sBroker

Version 0.70.0 / 4 August 2024
I am happy about this “Summer Edition”. A few nice extensions have come together. But above all I am happy about the many contributions.
New: Drawdown chart for the dashboard
Many thanks to mierin12 for the new drawdown charts on the dashboard.
New: Dashboard chart with derived metrics of a data series
Also from mierin12 is the dashboard chart with which you can display the derived metrics of any data series.
By “derived metrics” we mean performance-neutral movements, dividends, fees, taxes, invested capital, etc. Of course, these are already available in the normal chart of the asset statements. What is new is that you can now display them here for each data series: be it a specific portfolio or another filter or a category from a classification.
New: Filter-based columns in the Performance → Securities view
The securities view has become more flexible: Not only can you filter the entire table (for example, by a specific securities account), but you can now also place individual columns with filters next to each other.
For example, you can display the total dividends by securities account - with a separate column for each securities account. This is interesting for all those who have one and the same instrument in several securities accounts.
Further new features
- New: Trading calendar for the Santiago Stock Exchange
- New: Alternative XML format that uses “id” attributes for references (and is therefore easier to read/manipulate by other programs)
Further improvements and bug fixes
- Improvements to the PDF importers for Trade Republic, VZ Depotbank, KeyTrade, Deutsche Bank, Postbank, N26, Direkt1822, DKB, Consorsbank, and Raiffeisenbank
- Improvement: Icons on Windows will be scaled more appropriately on high-resolution displays
- Improvement: In the securities chart, the labeling of data points can be separately toggled on and off to improve readability
- Improvement: Support for the decimal separator on the numeric keypad of French keyboards
- Improvement: CSV import of transfers between two accounts with different currencies
- Fix: Correction of the max drawdown calculation, which could be off by one day
- Fix: Resolves an issue when importing prices from JSON, where the date was provided as a Unix timestamp within a string

Version 0.70.1 / 4 August 2024
Argh. And one more bug fix:
- Fix: Resolves an issue where some XML files could not be opened due to the error message ‘invalid reference’.
Version 0.70.2 / 4 August 2024
This version reverts the change to support better scaled icons on high resolution screens as it seems to have side effects. We will find a better way to test this in the “wild” with so many different configurations.
Version 0.70.3 / 5 August 2024
It is very unpleasant, but it still needs a bug fix release. This should now - hopefully - solve further problems when reading XML. Very annoying. A few things have come together: for one thing, there are more unexpected XML files out there. Secondly, I didn’t realize that the change at this point would also affect existing files. I’ll have to think about whether there needs to be some kind of “beta” release that the brave get sooner.
- Fix: Resolves - now hopefully all - issues where some XML files could not be opened due to the error message ‘invalid reference’.
- Fix: Fixes a ClassCastException when displaying tooltips
- Improvements to the PDF importers for Trade Republic

New: Update to Eclipse 2024-09 and Java 21
This version updates the Eclipse framework to the current version and also updates to Java 21.
If you are not using the Java runtime provided by Portfolio Performance, you will need to install Java 21.
If the self-update is not successful, reinstall the latest version of Portfolio Performance.
New: Weekly and bi-weekly investment plans.
Investment plans can now also be set up on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Yiha.
New: New color schemes for heatmaps
You can select additional color schemes for the heatmaps via the context menu. For example “Blue - Gray - Orange” which should be suitable for people with red-green blindness.
Or a “green - gray - red” that should work out the colors better.
New: Configurable prefix for instrument name in selection lists.
If you want, you can prefix the security name with the ISIN, ticker symbol or WKN. This is interesting in the dialogs, for example, if you prefer to work with an identifier rather than the instrument name.
